Auditioning for Film
PREREQUISITE: FILM STUDENT SHOULD HAVE PREVIOUS FILM ACTING TRAINING
OBJECTIVES
Acting Schools student will be learning what to do, what not to do, how not to panic if casting changes their minds of the audition and throws a new character at you. Film Acting Schools students will explore the 12 guide posts of Michael Shurleff’s audition techniques. Students will participate in a mock audition and receive feedback from professionals (agents and casting directors included).
ON COMPLETION OF COURSE (An Assessment)
Students will be assessed at the end of the course.
MATERIALS PROVIDED
Script material will be provided for film presentation to students.
